Adv. Fırat Simdi completed his academic education at Akdeniz University Faculty of Law, one of the most important law faculties in Turkey.
After completing his internship in 2018, he established his own law firm to work in Turkish and International law.
Since this date, legal advice has been provided to domestic and foreign real persons and companies.
He has great and sufficient experience especially in Turkish Criminal Law, Corporate Law, Turkish Citizenship Law, Recognition and enforcement of International Law decisions in Turkish Courts, cases related to the eviction of the tenant arising from the lease agreement and rent receivables.
He has a creative, realistic and solution-oriented approach to the clients' problems and successful results are achieved.

Adv. IPEK ECE GULMEZ
Managing Partner
Adv. Ipek Ece Gulmez graduated from Izmir Yaşar University Faculty of Law.
In addition, she has studied Conciliation in Criminal Law at Antalya Bilim University and she also does reconciliation.
In 2020, she joined the law firm as a managing partner. Since that date she is working with Adv. Fırat Simdi and Sworn Translator Julija Calık.
Applications for citizenship and foreigners in Antalya, Antalya Provincial Immigration Administration, Business and operations, to acquire real property in Turkey, Turkish citizenship, arising from family law, divorce, custody, alimony and property division cases, trademark and patent law, litigation, enforcement&Bankruptcy Law suits, visas, residence permits and work permits on issues such as helping her clients as a lawyer.

JULIJA CALIK
Sworn Translator, Legal Assistant
Julija Çalık, a sworn translator, has been living in Turkey since 2011.
Born and raised in Latvia, she worked as a managing partner in a company that provides consultancy in the fields of Immigration Law, entrepreneurship and international trade in Latvia for 10 years before coming to Turkey.
She studied law at the Baltic International Academy in the rector's office and received the title of jurist.
She graduated from Gerder Language Special School.
Since 2020, she is working with Adv. Fırat Simdi and Adv. Ipek Ece Gulmez.
Russian- Turkish- Latvian translator, sworn translator and legal assistant, she helps foreign citizens living in Turkey with translations from Russian-Turkish-Latvian languages certified by a notary and translation services.
Russian- Turkish - Latvian Sworn Translator Julija Çalık, who is registered in the Antalya Court of Law interpreting expert witness list, is also actively working as a sworn translator in Russian-Turkish-Latvian in courts, police stations, municipalities and chambers of commerce.

It was established in 2018 by Adv. Fırat Simdi in order to operate within the framework of a respected, dynamic and international vision that is committed to ethical values. Since then, permanent consultancy services have been provided to companies, specialized in disputes of foreigners residing in Antalya and performed defense duties in a wide range of criminal cases. During the process, a solid cooperation network has been developed with other law firms in provinces such as Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara and the activities have been advanced to cover those provinces. In 2020, with the participation of Adv. Ipek Ece Gulmez as a partner and Sworn Translator Julija Çalık as a translator and legal assistant to the team, our areas of expertise and activities have expanded and our law office has evolved into a dynamic structure. Turkish English and Russian languages are currently providing lawyer and consultancy services.
