There may be ambiguities and deceptions in agreements with foreigners.
What should foreigners pay attention to when buying real estate in Turkey?
First of all, you need to examine the title deed information belonging to the real estate you are going to buy.
By law, any pledge, guarantee, etc. on the relevant title deed. you should check whether there are situations.
You need to check whether the purchased property is residential or not.
One of the most important issues is whether the immovable property you are going to buy is a condominium or a floor easement.
If the related immovable floor is established with an easement, it means that the construction has started but has not been fully completed. If it was established with a condominium, this means that it is a completed construction.
The floor easement valid during the construction period is a document that must be obtained for a temporary period.
If the floor easement has not been converted into a condominium, there may be problems with the title deed.
